For our team we are looking for a Junior Buyer who will be based in Malpensa area, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Research and continuously develop new source of supply.
• Issue purchase/exchange/repair orders based on requests coming from different departments;
• Initiate/coordinate shipments in the most efficient and competitive way to final destinations.
• Follow up of shipments from departure to arrival of the material at its destination, with continuous updating of the technical staff;
• Constant contact with Store Supervisor and Maintenance Department to resolve issues relating to the supply of materials;
• Issue monthly reports related to outstanding spares/services;
• Maintain filing system in an organized way.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year’s relevant experience;
• Knowledge of the aeronautical / helicopter sector will be an added advantage;
• Good level of English proficiency;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Problem solving;
• Flexibility;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
