Per potenziamento del reparto Service, siamo alla ricerca di un addetto Service che si faccia carico delle necessità e delle richieste dei clienti di tutto il mondo con un alto standard professionale, curando il cliente, fornendo feedback costanti sull’avanzamento delle richieste ed esplorando le potenzialità commerciali legate all’assistenza.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Essere il punto di riferimento per i clienti post-vendita, gestendo le loro necessità e le richieste in modo professionale e tempestivo.
  • Sviluppare piani d’azione efficaci, coordinando le risorse interne per fornire soluzioni di alta qualità.
  • Comunicare regolarmente con i clienti, fornendo aggiornamenti sull’avanzamento delle soluzioni e garantendo un’eccellente esperienza al cliente.

Requisiti:

  • Padronanza della lingua inglese.
  • Esperienza nella gestione dei clienti.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di relazione interpersonale.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Preferibilmente formazione scolastica nella meccanica / meccatronica
