Siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager qualificato per gestire e coordinare commesse di linee\macchine automatiche personalizzate per il packaging farmaceutico e alimentare.

Il candidato ideale dovrebbe avere una buona esperienza nel settore o similare, dimostrando competenze di leadership, pianificazione, e gestione dei progetti\commesse.

Responsabilità Chiave:

  • Dopo l’acquisizione dell’ordine da parte dell’Area Commerciale dovrà gestire l’intero ciclo di vita della commessa, dalla pianificazione alla consegna compreso collaudo interno (FAT) ed esterno (SAT) presso il cliente garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e costi previsti.
  • Collaborare con il team di progettazione per sviluppare le soluzioni personalizzate che soddisfino le esigenze del cliente.
  • Comunicare in modo efficace con i clienti, mantenendo una relazione di fiducia e garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Collaborare con i vari responsabili (Tecnico, Acquisti, Produzione,..) per il rispetto dei tempi.
  • Identificare e gestire i rischi del progetto, prendendo misure preventive e correttive quando necessario.
  • Monitorare costantemente lo stato dei progetti, preparando report periodici per la direzione e i clienti.
  • Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione della commessa e assicurarsi che vengano rispettate tutte le normative e i regolamenti.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendali e delle pratiche di gestione dei progetti.

Requisiti:

  • Titolo preferenziale ma non esclusivo Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti\commesse nel settore delle macchine automatiche.
  • Eccellenti competenze comunicative, sia in italiano che in inglese (B2).
  • Abilità di leadership, problem-solving e gestione del tempo.
  • Buona conoscenza strumenti Microsoft Office.
