Key Responsibilities

Casavo is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric intern to join our dynamic B2B team. This role is integral to support our B2B clientele by managing customer support tickets and internal communications to ensure effective problem resolution. The candidate will be deeply involved in daily reporting activities and support the B2B manager to develop and implement key projects aimed at boosting operational efficiency.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for B2B customer support, handling inquiries and issues via email and phone;
  • Collaborate closely with the B2B Manager, and internal stakeholders from the Product, IT, and Finance teams to streamline customer service processes and resolve issues;
  • Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, ticket status, and key metrics for the B2B Sales Manager;
  • Monitor and report on the service’s in relation to primary KPI’s;
  • Support the B2B Manager in developing key projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Italian and Spanish, due to our diverse client base;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong orientation towards customer service;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Analytical thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving;
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program related to Business, Communications, or a similar field.
