We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.Youll be in charge of:
  • Support in managing recruiting for intern and junior profiles, onboarding, and employee life cycle for the field population;
  • Support in managing performance management processes and compensation policy;
  • Support in special projects focused on development and performance topics;
  • Support in monitoring and planning branch staff;
  • Understanding and monitoring the annual project plan and staffing budget.
You are the right person if you:
  • Are a graduate student in HR, Economics, or similar
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Interest in Human Resources.
  • Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Are results oriented with good communication skills.
