Join us in our Direct Retail Operations Team and you will support the Retail Experience Team and the whole Department at large in exploring areas related to consumer experience within Direct Retail touchpoints. You will be focused on back-office, analysis and projects as well as on support to the commercial Retail Team. You will also play a key role in supporting initiatives and activities nationwide in cooperation with other crucial Departments to maximize the business opportunities and to guarantee best-in-class experience for our user.

Specific Responsibilities:

Support to the Commercial Retail Team:

• Analyse performance and trend of main commercial indicators (KPIs and visits reports) to suggest improvements and next best actions to the Retail Team.
• Collect feedbacks and data from field regarding commercial activities (qualitative feedback) and back-office tasks (stock management, visual merchandising, promotion, swap).
• Provide support to Commercial Retail Team engaging remotely Business Partners

Support Supervisor / whole Department:

• Deeply understanding of consumer experience in order to ensure efficient and qualitative feedback to each Touchpoints (NPS, Mystery, Callback).
• Develop special projects related to Frontliners in cooperation with other Departments
• Deliver periodical updates to internal stakeholders about on-going initiatives using Excel forms and Powerpoint template

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent in Italian and good English level
• Passionate about Retail Industry and technology and innovation environment
• Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
• Skilled about monitoring and reporting

What’s ‘nice to have’:

• A previous experience in back-office roles within Retail Industry
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
• Customer and problem-solving orientation
