About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for a candidate interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Kitchen Department.

What you will do

During the internship in our Kitchen Department, youll acquire valuable knowledge about various food preparation techniques. As a Kitchen Intern, youll get hands-on experience in various aspects of the department including preparation, banquets, room service, and restaurant operations.

What you bring

A genuine passion for food preparation and basic culinary knowledge.

Team work and flexible approach.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from May 2024. All successful candidates must possess legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
