Per magazzino con sede a Cabiate (CO), cerchiamo un/a Segretario/a full-time.
Il/la candidato/a ideale sarà responsabile di svolgere attività di supporto amministrativo e organizzativo allinterno dellufficio. Requisiti:
  • Ottimo utilizzo del computer e del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Esperienza pregressa come segretario/a
  • Ottime doti organizzative e di comunicazione
Responsabilità:
  • Preparazione dei documenti di trasporto (DDT)
  • Riordino dei documenti per gli autisti
  • Invio delle pratiche e dei documenti relativi alle spedizioni
Orario di lavoro: Full-Time, 8-17;30 dal lunedì al venerdì.
